Please take your time to browse through the information below regarding the services and charges involved with BJ Clarke & Co managing your property.

We offer the following property management services:

Comprehensive Management - We manage the property on a day to day basis. Routine and Final Inspections, Property Condition Reports (PCR), Inventory (if required), Annual Summary, Postage and Petties, Court Applications and Attendances (if required) are all charged separately.

Open Management (Lease only) -We advertise, show perspective tenants through the property, draw up and execute all documents, receive and forward bond to the Bond Administrator then hand all documents and management to the landlord. Extra services can be included if required.

Inclusive Management (Flat rate) -  One fixed percentage set rate every month with all services included - no extra charges.

Holiday Accommodation - Holiday accommodation is anything up to 6 weeks tenancy.

Short Term Accommodation - Short Term Accommodation is from 6 weeks to 3 months tenancy.
